CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va.- Virginia freshman Emma Seiberlich (Audubon, Pa.) was named ACC Female Swimmer of the Week on Tuesday (No.7), according to the league office.

Seiberlich recorded two first-place finishes to lead the No. 14 Cavaliers to a 182-115 victory against No. 23 Duke last Friday.

Seiberlich finished first in the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 54.91. In the 200-yard backstroke, she recorded the top time of 1:58.40 with a two-second gap over second place.

Seiberlich rounded out the meet with a third-place finish in the 200-yard medley relay and a fourth-place finish in the 200-yard butterfly, recording times of 1:43.11 and 2:02.44, respectively.

Virginia will host Louisville and Princeton in a two-day competition beginning this Friday at the Aquatic and Fitness Center in Charlottesville.
