CHARLOTTESVILLE – The Virginia athletics department announced today (Aug. 15) its live broadcasting and streaming schedules for fall Olympic sports home events. There will be 36 Cavalier events broadcast as ACC Network Extra productions and one televised on the ACC Regional Sports Networks.

ACC Network Extra is a dedicated digital channel for ACC sports which is available to authenticated subscribers of ESPN3 through WatchESPN and the ESPN app at no additional charge.

The broadcast schedule includes seven home field hockey games, 11 home men’s soccer games, 10 home women’s soccer matches and nine home volleyball matches. The broadcasting schedule kicks off with ACC Network Extra coverage of the Friday, Aug. 17 women’s soccer match against Colgate.

The home women’s soccer match against Florida State on October 21 will air on the ACC Regional Sports Networks.

A number of Virginia’s road contents are also streamed by other ACC institutions. Check VirginiaSports.com for links to those events on the team’s calendar page or event game notes.
