CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. –The No. 6 Virginia women’s soccer team (8-1-0, 1-1-0 ACC) continues ACC play on the road Thursday, traveling to face Virginia Tech (5-2-3, 1-1-0 ACC) in the Commonwealth Clash match between the two teams.

Thursday’s match is sponsored by Virginia Five Two Nine, the official college savings plan of University of Virginia Athletics.  It is also a potential point in the Commonwealth Clash, the point rivalry series between University of Virginia and Virginia Tech and presented by Virginia Five Two Nine.  This is the first Commonwealth Clash event of the new athletic season.  Learn more about Virginia Five Two Nine and the competition at TheCommonwealthClash.com.
