CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – Virginia’s Kihei Clark earned All-District 2 accolades from the National Association of Basketball Coaches, announced Tuesday (March 14).

The fifth-year point guard was named to the NABC All-District 2 second team after leading Virginia to a 25-7 record and share of the ACC regular-season championship. Clark set ACC career records in wins (76) and minutes (5,308) and became UVA’s all-time leader in assists (713), wins (122), games (160) and starts (140) this season. Clark has averaged 10.9 points and 5.4 assists in 32 games.

No. 4 seed Virginia (25-7) plays No. 13 seed Furman (27-7) in the first round of the NCAA Tournament on Thursday, March 16 at Amway Center in Orlando, Fla.. Tipoff is set for 12:40 p.m. on truTV.
