Safradin Called For Duty With Croatian National Team

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – Sophomore goalkeeper Victoria Safradin has been named to the roster for the Croatian Women’s National Team it was announced by the Croatian Football Federation with the release of the 28-player team by head coach Nenad Gračan.

Safradin will be joining the team for European Championship qualification matches against Wales and Ukraine.

The Croatian National Team gathers in Zagreb on July 4 and will face Wales in Karlovac on July 12th, then face Ukraine on July 16 in Skopje.

Croatia is currently the leader in Group 4 of League B with nine points, followed by Wales with eight points, then Ukraine with five points, while Kosovo is in last place with no points.
