• Started high school at Nazareth Academy in Illinois and finished his prep career at The Benjamin School in Florida.
• Played alongside current UVA classmates Walker Buchanan and Freddy Beruvides Jr. at The Benjamin School. Former Cavalier and current Houston Astros left-handed pitcher Bennett Sousa also played high school baseball at Benjamin.
• Helped The Benjamin School to the District 3A-11 championship in 2023.
• Ranked the No. 22 shortstop in the state of Florida according to Perfect Game.
• Named  an HSBN American
• Earned All-Conference and All-County honors at shortstop.
