• Named ACC Freshman of the week for the Raleigh Relays 10,000m performance
• Broke the previous UVA record by over 20 seconds in the 10,000m at Raleigh Relays, winning the event in 28:21.93
2024 Indoor
• Doubled in the 3000m and 5000m at the ACC Indoor championships, placing fifth in the 5000m with a PB of 13:53.07 and running 7:58.79 in the 3000m
• Broke the sub-4minute barrier at the BU David Hemery Valentine Invitational for a personal best in the mile run, clocking in at 3:58.39
• Opened the season by racing for a second and a new PB in the 3000m (7:53.77)
2023 Cross Country
• Led the Cavaliers on their home course at the 2023 NCAA Championships placing 61st overall with a 10k time of 30:07.9
• Earned All-Southeast Region honors at the NCAA regional meet as Virginia’s lead runner placing seventh
• Clocked a personal-best 10k time at the NCAA Southeast Regional running 29:03.7
• Earned All-ACC honors after leading UVA to a third-place finish at the ACC Cross Country Championships placing seventh individually while running a PB 8k time of 23:21.5
• Placed 13th at the XC23 Pre-National meet running 8k in 23:32.5
• Helped the Cavalier men to a seventh-place finish at the Virginia Invitational
• Placed third overall at the Spider Alumni Open to kick off the 2023 season
• Named to the 2023 All-ACC Academic Cross Country team

• Helped UVA to a sixth-place finish at the ACC Championships (10/28/22)
