Swimming and Diving Sweeps Duke

DURHAM, N.C. – University of Virginia’s men’s and women’s swimmingand diving teams swept a dual meet from Duke University here Friday night.The women’s team was victorious 143-115, while the men eased to a 169-84victory.

With the wins, UVa improves to 4-2 on the men’s side with a 2-1mark in ACC competition. The women remain perfect on the season in dualcompetition with a 5-0 mark overall and a 3-0 record in conference.

The teams will compete again Saturday at North Carolina State at 1 p.m.
