CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va.-The IWLCA Poll Committee has released thefinal regular season rankings for the NCAA Division I lacrosse field for2000.

The same 20 schools remained in the poll this week, and the firsteight remained the same. The only major shuffle was Syracuse’s jump intothe top-10, their highest ranking ever.

The final regular season IWLCA Poll for the 2000 season is asfollows (with current records, poll points,first place votes, and lastweek’s ranking)

The NCAA Championships are being conducted over the next two weeks,and the top-12 teams in this poll are all in the field. The ECAC tournamentis also being conducted this weekend at Cornell.
