CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – The 16th-ranked University of Virginia women’s soccer team is seeded fourth for this weekend’s ACC Tournament, which will take place at Koskinen Stadium in Durham, N.C. from Nov. 2-3 and November 5.

The `Hoos finished with the regular season with an overall record of 10-7 and were 4-3 in the ACC. UVa’s 4-3 ACC record matched the records of North Carolina, Wake Forest, and Duke. Virginia finished fourth after the head-to-head tiebreaker put Wake Forest in 2nd, UNC in 3rd, and Duke in 5th.

Virginia will play Duke in the opening round of the ACC Tourney Thursday, Nov. 2 at 6:00 p.m. If the Cavaliers can get past the Blue Devils, they will play the winner of a first round match between Clemson and Maryland.
