BOSTON, Mass – The Brown University women’s rowing team won all six races on Saturday (April 21) in competition with the University of Virginia and Boston University. Virginia and Boston University each finished second in three of the races.

Brown finished with a time of 6:46.2 in the varsity eight race followed by Boston University (6:53.8) and Virginia (7:00.0).

In the second varsity eight competition, Brown had a time of 7:07 followed by Virginia (7:15.0) and Boston University (7:25.1).

Brown won the varsity four race with a time of 8:12.9 followed by Boston University (8:20.6) and Virginia (8:24.2).

Brown finished with a time of 8:19.6 in the second varsity four competition followed by Virginia (8:30.5) and Boston University (8:53.2).

In the first novice eight race, Brown had a time of 7:11.8 followed by Virginia (7:15.6) and Boston University (7:19.1).

Brown won the second novice eight competition with a time of 7:34.1 followed by Boston University “A” (7:38.9), Virginia (8:00.9) and Boston University “B” (8:06.9).

Virginia competes at Cornell University in Ithaca, N.Y., on Sunday (April 22).
