ST. LOUIS, Missouri – University of Virginia wrestler Tim Foley (Stafford, Va./Brooke Point) competed in his fourth match and recorded his third win in the 2004 NCAA Division I Wrestling Championships at the Savvis Center. Foley, ranked #11 in the nation and seeded #11 at 165-pounds, now stands 3-1 at Nationals and is wrestling in the 165-pound consolation bracket. Foley improved his record to 37-5 on the season will now face #5 seeded Pat Owen of Michigan in the next round.

Foley’s teammate, #1 ranked and #1 seeded Scott Moore, has already advanced to the National Semifinals in the 141-pound class. Moore is a perfect 49-0 (3-0 at Nationals) on the season and needs to win two more matches to become the 141-pound National Champion.
