Meet the Team Day Set for August 19

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – Virginia football fans will have the opportunity to meet the 2004 Cavaliers at the annual “Meet the Team” Day at the Carl Smith Center, home of David A. Harrison III Field at Scott Stadium on Thursday, August 19 from 3:30 to 5 p.m.

Scheduled activities include an autograph session, locker room tours, uniform try-on stations, pictures with player cut-outs, and face painting.

Fans will have the opportunity to buy Cavalier merchandise, including the all new “Orange Fever” t-shirt. Concessions will also be available. Those in attendance will receive complimentary football schedule cards and posters, as well as a V-Sabre yard sign to show their Cavalier spirit at home.

All events will take place on the North side of the stadium. The North and East gates will open for fan convenience at 3 p.m. Parking is free.

The rain or shine event is FREE to the public.
