No. 33 ranked VCU is 6-0 on the season after sweeping all six matches in their 4+1 tournament last weekend.

On Top To Start: The Cavaliers open the 2006 season ranked No. 1 in the nation in the preseason ITA rankings. It is the highest ranking in school history, breaking the previous record of No. 2 set last season.
