Sara Casscells helped the Cavaliers earn valuable inter-regional points last year as the women finished sixth at the Roy Griak Invitational en route to a berth in the NCAA Championships. She returns to Minnesota this weekend as Virginia will compete in the Griak on Saturday. The Wilmington, Delaware native led the Cavaliers on the track in the 800m run.
