CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – The Virginia wrestling team looks to continue its solid November with three dual meets Saturday at the Journeyman/Brute Northeast Duals in Troy, N.Y. Virginia is slated to meet Lehigh at 10 a.m., Clarion at 2:30 p.m. and fifth-ranked Michigan at 4:30 p.m. The event takes place at Hudson Valley Community College.

Virginia is 5-0 in dual-meet action after taking two matches last week at the ACC/Big Ten Clash with victories over Purdue (17-16) and Michigan State (29-10). The Cavaliers bring two nationally-ranked wrestlers into the competition, as Eric Albright and Rocco Caponi each are ranked ninth in the country at 133 and 184 pounds (USA Today/InterMat/NWCA rankings), respectively.

Caponi figures to have an especially challenging day, as Lehigh features 12th-ranked David Craig, while the Wolverines boast third-ranked Tyrel Todd. Michigan has ranked wrestlers at five of the 10 weight classes.

Virginia trails in its all-time series with Lehigh (0-3) and Clarion (2-3). The Cavaliers have never faced Michigan in dual-meet play.

The Cavaliers continue early-season play Dec. 2 at the Nittany Lion Open.
