WINA Radio Announces Baseball, Lacrosse Broadcast Schedules

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – Newsradio 1070 WINA (AM), The Flagship Station of Virginia Athletics, has announced its broadcast schedules for UVa baseball and lacrosse this spring.

WINA will broadcast 32 UVa baseball games, including the ACC tournament, and also will air any NCAA Tournament contests. They also will cover eight Virginia men’s lacrosse games, including the ACC tournament, as well as any NCAA Tournament games.

WINA also will broadcast the women’s lacrosse team’s game against Syracuse on Feb. 27. That will be part of a doubleheader with the men’s lacrosse team, which takes on Stony Brook later that afternoon.

Game broadcasts can be found on the radio dial in Charlottesville on 1070 AM and also will be streamed online though the purchase of a V Pass on VirginiaSports.com.
