CHARLOTTESVILLE – The No. 7 Virginia women’s soccer team concludes its regular season home schedule when it hosts NC State Thursday night. Game time at Klöckner Stadium is set for 7 p.m.

Due to the concert Thursday night at John Paul Jones Arena, soccer parking will be available at both the Cage lot and the three furthest west parking bays of the University Hall lot.

Prior to the game, six Cavalier seniors making their final regular season appearance at Klöckner Stadium will be honored. Katie Carr (Williamsburg, Va.), Sinead Farrelly (Havertown, Pa.), Colleen Flanagan (Downingtown, Pa.), Meghan Lenczyk (McLean, Va.), Lindsey Miller (Nashua, N.H.) and Kika Toulouse (Arlington, Va.) will be recognized during the senior day ceremony.

The Cavaliers enter the game with an 11-3-2 record this season and a 5-2-1 mark in the ACC. Last week, Virginia traveled to Florida for two games, tying No. 8 Florida State 0-0 and defeating Miami 4-1.

NC State is 7-10-0 this season and 1-7-0 in the ACC. After winning at Clemson in their ACC opener, the Wolfpack have lost their last seven games.

Virginia leads the all-time series 19-12-1, including a 9-4-0 edge in Charlottesville. Last season, the Wolfpack snapped the Cavaliers’ 14-game winning streak in the series with a 2-1 win in Raleigh. Virginia has won the last seven meetings between the teams at Klöckner Stadium, outscoring NC State 19-0 in those games.
