Ode to Preseason
Preseason is done,
Oh it has been so much fun.
There’s been laughter, a few tears
Thankful for the end, we now send up our cheers.
We will look back and remember
how Rick passed gas at dinner,
Epic life chats by the Griffins’ pool
and the endless hours in Mem trying to stay cool.
We now look ahead at what is to come,
with confidence that our hard work will help us win some,
because with our teammates by our sides we should have no fear.
Well, preseason, it’s been fun, see you next year!
