• Virginia improved to 15-2 for the first time since 1982-83
• The Cavaliers won their fourth consecutive game at Georgia Tech, their longest road winning streak against an ACC opponent since a five-game streak at Wake Forest (1986-90)
• Virginia won its fifth consecutive game against the Yellow Jackets
• The Cavaliers improved to 23-2 when scoring at least 70 points under Tony Bennett
• The 32-point margin of victory was Virginia’s largest against an ACC opponent since a 104-72 (+32) win over NC State on Jan. 29, 1991
• It was Virginia’s most lopsided road ACC win since a 107-74 (+33) win at Wake Forest on Mar. 2, 1983
• Georgia Tech’s 38 points were the fewest allowed by Virginia against an ACC opponent since a 61-37 win over Clemson on Jan. 11, 1995

Virginia Career Record Book Update
• Mike Scott moved into 26th place on Virginia’s career scoring list with 1,251 points, moving past Marc Iavaroni (1,244, 1975-78), Tom Sheehey (1,241, 1984-87) and Billy Langloh (1,240, 1974-77)
• Assane Sene moved into a sixth place tie on Virginia’s career blocks list with 108, tying Steve Castellan (108, 1976-79)
