CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – The Virginia men’s lacrosse game against Cornell, scheduled for 1 p.m. onSaturday, March 9 has been moved to 6 p.m. onSaturday, March9 at Klöckner Stadium because of the condition of the field as a result of the recent snowfall in Charlottesville.

Fans may bring their tickets to Klöckner Stadium for the same seat for Saturday’s game or, due to the game time change, exchange their tickets in advance for a General Admission ticket to any other regular season game by calling the Virginia Athletics Ticket Office at (800) 542-8821 during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., or bring their ticket stubs to the gate for General Admission seating at any remaining regular season home game, subject to seat availability at the time of arrival.

Parking for the Saturday’sgame will be available in the University Hall and the John Paul Jones parking lots. Overflow parking will also available at the Emmet/Ivy Garage. Gates will open two hours prior to faceoff at 4 p.m.

Tickets for Virginia home lacrosse games can be purchased online at VirginiaSports.com, by phone at (800) 542-8821 or in person at the Virginia Athletics Ticket Office in Bryant Hall at Scott Stadium Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Single game tickets to lacrosse games are $8 for adult general admission), and $6 for youth, seniors, and UVa faculty and staff general admission.

All reserved seats are sold out for the 2013 season.

The pre-game Fan Zone planned prior to the start of the Virginia-Cornell game has been cancelled due to poor field conditions on the Upper Grass Field inside the Klöckner Stadium gates.
