Kolod Named ACC Male Diver of the Week

GREENSBORO, N.C.-Virginia senior All-American JB Kolod has been named the ACC Male Diver of the Week, the conference announced Tuesday (Oct. 28).
A native of Pittsburgh, Pa., Kolod broke the school records on both the 1- and 3-meter springboards in the Cavaliers’ season-opening meet against Navy Friday (Oct. 24) at the Aquatic and Fitness Center. He broke the 1-meter record with a score of 390.83 and the 3-meter mark with a score of 440.70, which was also a new AFC pool record.
This is Kolod’s third weekly honor of his career.
