March 19, 2015 Charlottesville, Va. – With four Virginia home athletics events and an open football practice scheduled for Saturday, March 21, fans should be aware of the parking options available for these events.

In addition, the Charlottesville 10-Miler will impact the area on Friday and Saturday. Packet pick-ups for the road race take place from 5-8 p.m. Friday and heavy vehicular and pedestrian traffic can be expected in the vicinity of University Hall and John Paul Jones Arena. Fans attending the UVa baseball game against Florida State at 5 p.m. on Friday should plan accordingly.

The Charlottesville 10-Miler will take place at 7:15 a.m. Saturday and is expected to last until approximately 11 a.m. This will impact fans that plan to arrive early for any of UVa’s home athletics events in the area.

Track & Field, Baseball and Women’s Lacrosse
Free parking is available in the University Hall, John Paul Jones Arena, and McCue Center lots and the Emmet/Ivy Garage on a first-come, first-served basis. The Cage lot and a portion of the University Hall lot will be utilized for reserved baseball permits only. There will be signage to identify these parking areas.

Softball
Parking is free at The Park complex on a first-come, first-served basis for the tournament hosted by UVa this weekend. On Saturday, games are scheduled for noon, 2:30 p.m. and 5 p.m.

Football
Free parking will be available on Saturday in all parking lots surrounding Scott Stadium for the open practice that starts at 10:30 a.m. The West Gate opens at 10 a.m. at Scott Stadium and fans should use that entrance to access seating on that side of the stadium.

Noon – Track & Field Virginia Cup at Lanigan Field
12:30 p.m. – Softball multi-team tournament at The Park
1 p.m. – Baseball vs. Florida State at Davenport Field
1 p.m. – Women’s Lacrosse vs. Duke at Klöckner Stadium
