CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – Virginia women’s lacrosse senior attacker Casey Bocklet have been named the Atlantic Coast Conference Women’s Lacrosse Offensive Players of the Week.

Bocklet earns her third ACC Offensive Player of the Week nod of the season after helping lead the Cavaliers to a 17-9 win over No. 11 Louisville where she totaled seven points on four goals and three assists. The senior attacker from South Salem, New York scored three of her goals during a 6-0 Virginia run to close out the first half ahead 9-4. Bocklet’s second goal of the 6-0 run came in impressive fashion when she knocked the ball out of the goalie’s net, picked up the ground ball and smashed her shot into the goal. Bocklet ranks fourth in the league with 57 points on 32 goals and 25 assists this season.

Bocklet was also named co-Player of the Week on March 24 and was the sole Player of the Week on March 31.

Virginia closes out the regular-season on Friday, April 17 when it hosts Virginia Tech at 6 p.m. The April 17 game is sponsored by Virginia529, the official college savings plan of University of Virginia Athletics. Single-game reserved seats are available for all women’s home games for $7. Single-game general admission adult tickets for women’s home games are $5, while youth (18 and under), seniors (60 and over), and UVa faculty and staff tickets are $4 each.

The Cavaliers will also be hosting the ACC Tournament at Klöckner Stadium April 23-26. All-session tickets are $14 for reserved seats, $10 for general admission adult tickets and $8 for students and seniors. Single-session tickets are $7 for reserved seats, $5 for general admission adult tickets and $4 for students and seniors.
