Doubles Bracket

BETHANY BEACH, Del. – Incoming Virginia women’s tennis recruit Sophie Chang (Havre de Grace, Md.) teamed with Andie Daniell to win the doubles title at the $10K USTA Resortquest Pro Women’s Open on Saturday (June 6).

Chang and Daniell defeated Ellen Perez and Belinda Woolcock 6-4, 6-1 in the final to claim the championship. Perez earned ITA All-American doubles honors at Georgia, while Woolcock is a standout at Florida. Chang and Daniell went 4-0 during the pro circuit event to gain the title.

Chang, who will join the Cavaliers in the fall, is ranked No. 19 in the 2015 tenninsrecruiting.net singles rankings. She reached No. 17 in the tennisrecruiting.net rankings in 2014.
