CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. — The second-ranked Virginia men’s soccer team entertains Radford at 7 p.m. Tuesday (Aug. 18) in exhibition play at Klöckner Stadium. Admission is free.

Virginia opened its exhibition schedule with a 1-0 win over Navy on Saturday night. Freshman Malcolm Dixon (Montclair, N.J.) scored in the 83rd minute for the match’s lone score. Virginia primarily played its starters in the first half, then brought on 10 new players, primarily comprised of freshmen and sophomores, to start the second half.

Virginia plays at No. 3 Georgetown at 1 p.m. Saturday (Aug. 22) in its final tuneup for the upcoming season. The Cavaliers start the regular season at home on Saturday, Aug. 29, at 7 p.m. against No. 17 Charlotte.
