Charlottesville, Va. – The Atlantic Coast Conference announced today the start time for Virginia’s Nov. 28 home football game against Virginia Tech will not be finalized until Saturday, Nov. 21. ESPN has exercised its option to pick the kickoff time and broadcast outlet on six days notice.

The ACC and ESPN announced the Virginia-Virginia Tech game will be played at either noon or 3:30 p.m. Either ABC, ESPN, ESPN2, or ESPNU will televise the contest.

The Virginia-Virginia Tech game is one of three ACC games on Nov. 28 that will not be finalized until Saturday. The other games are Georgia at Georgia Tech and North Carolina at NC State.

Saturday, November 28
Clemson at South Carolina, ESPN or ESPN2*, Noon
