CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – The No. 1 Virginia women’s soccer team continues NCAA Tournament play, hosting the No. 11 USC Trojans at 2 p.m. Sunday in the round of 16 at Klöckner Stadium.

Tickets for the game are $9 for reserved seats, $7 for adult general admission and $5 for youth/UVA students/senior citizen general admission. Fans can order tickets for the tournament online at VirginiaSports.com and by phone through the Virginia Athletics Ticket Office at 800-542-UVA1 (8821) or 434-924-UVA1 (8821). Tickets are also available at the gate beginning one hour prior to the start of play.

Virginia (18-1-2) advanced to the round of 16 with a 2-0 win over UNCW on Friday night, while the Trojans (15-5-2) earned the berth in the game with a 3-0 win over Princeton on Friday.

The Cavaliers got goals from junior midfielder Alexis Shaffer (Cary, N.C.) and senior forward Makenzy Doniak (Chino Hills, Calif.) in the win over the Seahawks. The duo paces the Virginia offense with 13 goals each on the season. The Cavaliers have scored 71 goals this season while conceding only 12 goals.

Seniors Kristen McNabb (Montville, N.J.) and Emily Sonnett (Marietta, Ga.) anchor the Virginia back line, while junior Morgan Stearns (San Antonio, Texas) has locked things down in goal. The Cavaliers have posted 13 shutouts this season, including the shutout victory over UNCW on Friday.
