CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – The seeds and brackets for the 2016 ACC Championships were announced Wednesday following a vote of the league’s coaches. The event will be held Sunday (March 6) at John Paul Jones Arena.

The brackets and seedings are subject to change until 5:30 p.m. Saturday. The championships begin at 11 a.m., with gates to the John Paul Jones Arena opening at 10 a.m. Each match of the championships will be broadcast online via ESPN3.

George DiCamillo (Highland Heights, Ohio) is the top seed at 133 pounds. Ranked No. 6 nationally by InterMat, DiCamillo went 4-0 in ACC duals and looks to earn his third conference championship. He won the ACC Championship at 133 pounds in 2013 and 2015.

The championships serve as the automatic qualifier to the NCAA Championships. Children age 18 or younger and all students with a valid ID from an ACC member institution will receive free admission.
