Relay Teams Set to Compete at UCS Invitational

Charlottesville, Va. – The Virginia men’s track and field team will have two replay teams compete at the UCS Invitational in Winston-Salem, N.C. on Saturday. A week before the ACC Indoor Championships, the Cavaliers fill field two teams in the event’s 4000-meter distance medley relay.
The UVA A-team will consist of redshirt freshman Matthew Novak (Glen Allen, Va.), sophomore Charles Bowman (Harrisburg, Pa.), junior Kenneth Hagen (Blacksburg, Va.) and senior Henry Wynne (Westport, Conn.). The B-team features freshman A.J. Ernst (Marblehead, Mass.), sophomore Jake Dixon (Falmouth, Maine), junior Logan Carrington (Leesburg, Va.) and freshman Randy Neish (Glastonbury, Conn.).
The race is scheduled for a 2:05 start time at the JDL Fast Track facility.
