Bienvenido Mike Tobey

Congratulations to former #UVAMBB center Mike Tobey who just signed a contract to play this upcoming season for Iberostar Tenerife in San Cristóbal de La Laguna in the Canary Islands of Spain. Tobey played last season for Valenica, helping the squad down the stretch run to capture the Liga Endesa title.

Bienvenido Derek Fisher

Former #UVABase All-American Derek Fisher was recalled by the Houston Astros yesterday. The Pennsylvania native was in the starting lineup last night in Philly, helping to lead the Astros to a 5-0 victory, including making this nice grab in center.
