Virginia Home Track and Field Meet Moved to Friday

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va.- Due to potential inclement weather expected on Saturday, the Virginia men’s and women’s track and field home meet against Maryland, Bucknell and Georgetown has been moved to Friday (April 6) at Lannigan Field with events beginning at 1:30 p.m. The competition was previously scheduled for Saturday.

Admission to the meet is free. Fans can access a link to live results at VirginiaSports.com.

The Dash Training Clinic will still be held Saturday morning. Registration for the clinic will begin at 8:15 a.m. with the hour-long clinic beginning at 8:30 a.m. An autograph session with members of the Virginia track and field team will follow the conclusion of the clinic.
