Dabbs Wins Javelin to Highlight Rain-Shortened First Day of Virginia Challenge

Charlottesville, Va. – UVA freshman Ethan Dabbs (Johnstown, Pa.) took top honors in the javelin with a throw of 68.23 meters (223-10) to highlighted UVA’s results during the first day of the Virginia Challenge. Inclement weather postponed the evenings competition. Those events are rescheduled for Saturday.
