CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – The No. 1 Virginia women’s soccer team (10-0-2, 2-0-2 ACC) continues a three-match road swing at NC State (6-4-2, 1-1-2 ACC) on Wednesday night. Kick is set for 7 p.m. at Dail Stadium.

A LOOK AT THE NC STATE WOLFPACK
• The Wolfpack enters the midweek contest 6-4-2 overall and 1-1-2 in ACC play
• NC State has scored 20 goals this season while allowing 11 goals by opponents
• Tziarra King has scored 10 goals for the Pack and tallied four assists this season
• Ricarda Walkling is the top ball distributor with five assists this season for NC State
• Jessica Berlin has two shutouts in goal and has allowed only 10 goals with 28 saves
• The teams have five common opponents to date with NC State going 2-1-2 against 
  Georgetown, Minnesota, Duke, Wake Forest and East Carolina
• Both teams beat the Hoyas and Pirates and played Duke and Wake to a draw. The 
   Pack dropped a road contest with the Gophers following UVA’s win over Minnesota

• Virginia leads the all-time series with the NC State Wolfpack 27-12-2
• UVA leads the series 11-5-2 in games played at NC State and 3-1-1 at Dail Stadium

• Ordonez has been a model of efficiency with 19-of-31 shots coming on goal so far this season
• Of those 19 shots on frame, 12 have resulted in a goal for the freshman as she is fourth nationally in goals scored
• McCool has also been efficient with 18-of-40 shots on frame resulting in eight goals for the Hoos
 
ORDONEZ CLOSING IN ON FRESHMAN GOAL SCORING MARK
• With 12 goals scored, Ordonez is closing in on the freshman goal scoring record at UVA 
• The freshman record of 17 goals was set by Angela Hucles in 1996 and matched by Lindsay Gusick in 2001
