The No. 14 Virginia women’s tennis team (6-2, 2-1 ACC) takes on Louisville (6-4, 3-2 ACC) today at noon indoors at the Boar’s Head Sports Club.

Due to health and safety considerations, in addition to the current guidelines for sports venues set by the Commonwealth of Virginia, attendance for UVA home men’s and women’s indoor tennis competitions will be limited to the family of student-athletes and coaching staff until further notice

  • Senior Rosie Johanson (Vancouver, Canada) improved to 6-2 in dual matches with two wins at No. 3 last weekend
  • Junior Sofia Munera (Pereira, Colombia) went 2-0 in singles last weekend, including picking up the clincher at Syracuse
  • Glozman and junior Amber O’Dell (New Milford, N.J.) have the hot hand at doubles, with a perfect 3-0 record on the No. 3 court, including a victory against UNC’s Alle Sanford and Anna Smith
  • Virginia is 4-1 all-time against the Cardinals. UVA won the last meeting 7-0 in 2019 in Charlottesville
