RICHMOND, Va.– Freshman Ty Switzer competed at the fourth annual River City Tennis Open, held Oct. 7-9 in Richmond, Va.
Switzer opened the tournament with back-to-back wins against players from William & Mary, including a 6-4, 6-1 win on Saturday against Bill Duo.
He wrapped up play on Sunday with a match against VCU’s Joaquim Almeida, falling 6-2, 6-4.
