XC23 Pre-Nationals Set for Saturday
CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. — The Virginia men’s and women’s cross country programs are set to host the XC23 Pre-Nationals at Panorama Farms on Saturday (Oct. 14), as the nation’s top programs travel to Charlottesville to preview the course that will serve as the home of the 2023 NCAA Cross Country National Championships.
There will be four races run at the XC23 Pre-Nationals. Action will begin with the Men’s 8k Orange Race (B Race) at 8:45 a.m. followed by the Men’s 8k Blue Race (Championship) at 9:40 a.m. The start of the Women’s 6k Blue Race (Championship) is set for 10:30 a.m. and will be followed by the Women’s 6k Orange Race (B Race) at 11 a.m.
How to Watch
The XC23 Pre-Nationals will be streamed on ACCNX which is available through the ESPN app and at WatchESPN.com for customers who have the ACC Network as part of their TV subscription. Tickets/Parking Information
Tickets to the XC23 Pre-Nationals are on sale now for $20 each. Tickets will include entry to the event, parking at Fashion Square Mall, and round-trip shuttles to and from Panorama Farms. There is no onsite parking for spectators at this event and Panorama Farms will be closed to all vehicles not displaying an official parking pass. Shuttles will run from 6:45 a.m.-9:30 a.m. and then return from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Children under the age of two do not need a ticket.
Tickets must be purchased online in advance and will not be available onsite. Tickets can be purchased using the “Buy Tickets” link at UVATix.com.
Rankings
The Virginia men enter the meet ranked No. 10 in the latest USTFCCCA poll while the women’s team checked in at No. 7. The Cavalier men were picked to finish third in the ACC Preseason Coaches Poll. The Virginia women were picked fourth.

Panorama Farms & XC23
The XC23 College & Open Pre-Nationals will serve as a precursor for the NCAA Cross Country Championships held at Panorama Farms on Saturday, Nov. 18. The meet will be an opportunity for teams from around the country to preview the course that will host the NCAA Championships.
