Harrison Frost joined the Virginia staff as a graduate assistant in July 2023.

A quarterback at West Georgia for his last two collegiate seasons, he started 22 times as a junior and senior. He threw for 3,112 yards in 2022, including a school record of 503 vs. Delta State. His total passing yards that season ranked second only to his school-record total of 3,618 he set as a junior.

Frost threw for a school-record tying 25 touchdowns as both a junior and senior.

As a senior he was a second team All-Gulf South Conference selection, second team All-Super Region 2, Super Region 2 Finalist for the Harlon Hill Trophy and selected Academic All-District by the College Sports Communicators.

Frost started his collegiate career at Mercer University, where he redshirted the 2017 season. He appeared in 27 games over the next three seasons for the Bears, completing 87 of 169 passes for 1,047 yards and nine scores.

He signed with the XFL’s Seattle Sea Dragons in January of 2023 following his graduation from West Georgia.

Frost attended Harrison High School in his hometown of Kennesaw, Ga.
