  • Picked up her first top-25 win, taking down No. 16 Irina Cantos Siemers of Ohio State to advance to the Round of 16 in singles at the ITA Fall National Championships (11/1)
  • Picked up the first top 10 win of her career, topping No. 6 Savannah Broadus of Pepperdine at ITA Indoors. Followed that with another top 10 win the next day, winning in straight sets against No. 9 Kari Miller of Michigan. Faced a third top 10 opponent on the third day, No. 8 Carson Tanguilig, but that match was abandoned with Shaikh up a set and tied 6-6 in the second (2/11)
  • Tallied her third top 10 singles win of her career against No. 5 Amelia Rajecki of NC State, the highest-ranked opponent she has defeated (3/28)
  • Picked up a top 10 doubles win, taking down No. 7 Abbey Forbes and Reilly Tran of UNC with partner Natasha Subhash (2/11)

  • 25-12 in singles including a 10-2 mark in the ACC;  27-13 in doubles
  • Reached a No. 3 doubles ranking partnering with Emma Navarro (5/4)
  • Picked up a 6-2 win against the then-ranked No. 5 doubles team of Carol Lee and Kate Sharabura of Georgia Tech (partnering with Emma Navarro)
  • Went 8-0 to start her partnership with Emma Navarro in doubles this year (playing at the No. 1 court) before suffering their first loss against No. 13 Brooke Killingsworth and Anna Brylin of Wake Forest 
  • She and Navarro won 7-5 against the ITA’s No. 1 ranked doubles team of Elizabeth Scotty and Fiona Crawley of UNC to clinch the doubles point in UVA’s upset of the No. 1 Tar Heels in the ACC Championship semifinals (4/23)
  • Defeated No. 11 Peyton Stearns and Allura Zamarripa 6-2 at No. 1 doubles in the NCAA Quarterfinal match against Texas (partnering with Navarro) (5/20)
  • Doubles Runner-Up at the ITA Atlantic Regional, partnering with Melodie Collard (10/25)
