• Won the Panorama Farms Invitational in 20:09.7 over 8k, finishing 18 seconds ahead of second place
• Led the Cavaliers at the Nuttycombe Invitational, finishing 20th in 20:33.4 over 6k
• Opened the 2024 cross country season with a 4th place finish at the Virginia Invitational, a 7-second improvement from last year
2024 Outdoor
• Awarded ACC Freshman of the week after Raleigh Relays performance
• Set the school record in the 10,000m (32:44.19) finishing fifth at Raleigh Relays
• Named to the 2023-24 ACC Honor Roll
2024 Indoor
• Named to the All-ACC Academic team, studying computer science
• This effort was enough for bronze at the ACC Indoor Championships and the All-ACC First team
• Furthered her personal best in the 5000m(16:02.57), taking the second-place spot in the Women’s All-Time Indoor Performance List
• Raced in the 3000m at the ACC Indoor Championships
• Ran the fourth fastest time at in Virginia history over 5000m(16:15.08) at the BU David Hemery Valentine Invitational
• Etched her name into the record books, running the second-fastest indoor 3000m(9:16.17) in UVA history at the Penn State National Open
2023 Cross Country
• Named to the 2023 All-ACC Academic Cross Country team
• All-American finisher at the NCAA Cross Country Championships leading the Cavaliers in 39th place with a 6k time of 20:06.4
• Finished seventh at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships with a PB 6k of 19:56.5 earning All-Southeast region status
• Placed 10th at the 2023 ACC Cross Country Championships to earn All-ACC honors
• Placed 13th at the XC23 Pre-National meet running a 20:12.9 6k
• Made UVA debut at the Virginia Invitational placing 23rd with a 5k time of 16:51.1
Personal
• Majoring in computer science with a data science minor
• Walked-on to the varsity team from the UVA Club Running as a third-year
• Graduated from Heritage High School in 2021 in Leesburg, VA
• Daughter of Elizabeth Hale and John Schilling
