Cavaliers Prepare for ACC Indoor Track Championships

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – The University of Virginia track and field teams are preparing to begin competition in the 1999 Atlantic Coast Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships. The meet will be held at the Rector Field House in Blacksburg, Va. on February 19-20 and will be hosted by Virginia Tech.

Both the men’s and women’s teams have several individuals who will look to place their name and Virginia atop of the ACC this weekend. Virginia has numerous individuals who have notched a place in the ACCs elite with some of the top conference times and distances in the indoor season.
