Steve Totten Named to Soccer America Team of the Week

Charlottesville, VA – Cavalier freshman Steve Totten (Allentown, N.J./Peddie) was named to Soccer Americas Collegiate Team of the Week this week for his efforts in the Cavaliers 4-1 defeat of Maryland.

Totten scored the first goal against the Terrapins and assisted Chris Albright’s (Philadelphia, Pa./William Penn Charter) eventual game-winner. Totten also assisted Albright on the Cavaliers’ final goal, which put Virginia up 4-0 at the time.

Totten is second on the team in scoring with six points (2g, 2a). This is his first selection to the Soccer America Team of the Week.
