CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – The University of Virginia track and field teams sent participants to the ECAC meet in Boston, Mass. (women), and the IC4A meet in Ithaca.

In the ECAC, Kathryn Kiladis shined for UVa. She finished second overall in the pentathlon for the Cavaliers. Kiladis finished ninth in the long jump with a distance of 5.51m. Leslie Satchell finished fifth in the 200 meter run with a time of 24.53 and Ann Crouse finished 16th in the weight throw with a distance of 15.44m. The distance medley team placed 11th with a time of 11:54.33.

In the IC4A meet, Marion Mason finished 12th for the Cavaliers in the long jump with a distance of 7.00 meters.

The Virginia track and field teams will return to action on March 20-21, when the Cavaliers compete in the Clemson Relays in Clemson, S.C. The meet is scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. on each day of the competition.
