Virginia's Kelly Miller Named ACC Performer of the Week

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – University of Virginia women’s track and field member Kelly Miller earned the ACC Women’s Outdoor Track and Field Performer of the Week award. She won all four events that she participated in at the 1998 Lou Onesty Invitational meet. Miller claimed first place in the 100 meter dash (12.47), the 200 meter dash (25.14), the long jump (5.94m) and the triple jump (12.01m).
She is UVa’s first recipient of the outdoor award this season. Virginia’s Katie Kiladis and Marion Mason were honored during the indoor season on March 9th. North Carolina’s Milton Campbell won this weeks ACC Men’s Outdoor Track and Field Performer of the Week.
