Women's Basketball Game Time Changed

The University of Virginia women’s basketball game at West Virginia on Sunday, Nov. 15 is scheduled to start at 4:00 p.m. and not 2:00 p.m. as originally publicized. This is the season opener for the Cavaliers. The game marks the return of fifth-year guards Monick Foote and Tiffany Bower who sat out last year because of injuries.

The Cavaliers begin the 1998-99 season ranked eighth in the AP poll and 14th in the USA Today/ESPN poll.

The game will be broadcast on WINA-AM 1070.
