UVa'S Varsity Eight Ranked 14th In The Nation

CHARLOTTESVILLE-The University of Virginia women’s rowing team’s varsity eight is ranked 14th in the latest poll released by USRowing and the Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association.

The Virginia rowers will compete in the second annual Atlantic Coast Conference Championships held in Clemson, S.C., on Saturday (April 28). Last year UVa hosted the inaugural event on Lake Monticello and won the team ACC Championship.

Virginia is coming off a successful competition against Cornell last Sunday (April 22). The Cavaliers won four of their six races against the Big Red.
