Atlanta, Ga. – The UVa men’s tennis team dropped a 6-1 decision to No. 52 Georgia Tech, on Saturday afternoon. The Cavaliers fall to 9-7 on the season, still in search of their first conference win of the season.

Freshman Jay Curtis picked up the lone singles win for the Cavaliers, with a 7-6 (5), 6-2 win over Stephen Moros at No. 4 singles. Curtis is now 16-8 on the season, third on the team in victories behind Jason Romesburg (18) and Stephen Nolen (17).

The Cavaliers return to action tomorrow, as they travel to Clemson for a 1 p.m. match with the Tigers. They return home to face N.C. State this Saturday at 1 p.m., as part of its Alumni Reunion weekend.
