First Annual Cavalier Football Festival

Charlottesville, Va. – On SATURDAY, APRIL 20th,Virginia football invites all Cavalier fans to the first annual CAVALIER FOOTBALL FESTIVAL. The festival events run from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday in the West concourse area of Scott Stadium with the Spring Scrimmage following at 1:00 p.m. West gates open at 11:30 a.m. ADMISSION is FREE for all the day’s events and parking is free and open in all of the lots around Scott Stadium at the Carl Smith Center.
In conjunction with the annual Spring Football Scrimmage, a festival atmosphere will be created at the WEST GATE entrance of Scott Stadium this Saturday. Activities will include:
* Alumni Autograph session from 11:45-12:45, with returning alumni: Antwan Harris, Chris Harrison, Patrick Kerney, Terry Kirby, Shawn Moore, and Chris Slade.
* Bluegrass Band
* Inflatable Games
* Emergency Vehicle Display
* Magician
* Balloon Sculptor
* Face Painter
* Prize drawings for merchandise, autographed items , season tickets and game tickets.
All Virginia fans are encouraged to bring their friends and families to enjoy the activities of this year’s Cavalier Football Festival and support Virginia football.
