Virginia Men's Basketball Team Plays First Exhibition Game on Sunday

CHARLOTTESVILLE – The University of Virginia men’s basketball team plays its first exhibition game of the preseason practice period on Sunday (Nov. 10) when the Cavaliers host Big Apple Basketball at University Hall. The game is scheduled to begin at 3:00 p.m. and general admission tickets are $5 each.
Former Virginia standout guard Harold Deane is on the Big Apple Basketball roster.
UVa’s second and final exhibition game is with the One World All-Stars on November 17 at University Hall. That game is also scheduled to begin at 3:00 p.m.
The Cavaliers open their 2002-03 regular-season schedule on November 22 when they host Long Island University at University Hall. The game is scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m.
