ABC-TV Takes Six-Day Option for UVa-Va. Tech Game

GREENSBORO, N.C. – ABC-TV has taken a six-day option and will announce its selection of a kickoff time for Nov. 29 on Sunday, the Atlantic Coast Conference announced on Monday.

The television network will air the Virginia-Virginia Tech game, but has not decided if the teams will play at 1 p.m. or at 8 p.m.

A final decision with the kickoff time will be announced on Sunday, Nov. 23.

The Virginia Cavaliers (5-5, 3-4 ACC) host Georgia Tech (6-4, 5-3 ACC) on Nov. 22 at Noon. Jefferson Pilot Sports will televise the game.
